USA Today reports “former national security adviser Michael Flynn won’t submit to questioning about the ongoing Russia investigation unless he’s given immunity, according to his lawyer.”
“In September, Flynn told MSNBC commentator that he believed those seeking immunity were typically guilty, Business Insider reported. ”
“When you are given immunity, that means you have probably committed a crime,” said Flynn.
“Flynn made the comments about several Hillary Clinton aides who were granted some form of immunity for testifying on Clinton’s use of a private email server.”
“While lawmakers say they want to hear from Flynn, negotiations are at an early point.”
