Finally, Something Trump Doesn’t Want His Name On

'Trumpcare' Not Sitting Well With White House

Politico reports that Republican President Donald Trump, long known for licensing his name to items ranging from steaks to fake universities, has stumbled on something he doesn’t want to carry the Trump “brand”: The GOP Health Care Bill.

“We’re less concerned with labels right now and more in terms of action and results,” said White House press secretary Sean Spicer.

“A White House spokesperson, however, was more emphatic. ‘It’s not Trumpcare,’ the spokesperson said Wednesday. ‘We will be calling it by its official name,’ the American Health Care Act.”

“A senior White House official was adamant on Wednesday that the White House is behind the bill and that its failure would be a big failure for the president.”
